Role Overview
Whitecloak is looking for a Marketing Consultant (Employer Branding) to help strengthen our position as an employer of choice. This role will focus on learning and translating Whitecloaks people, culture, and talent strategies into meaningful employer branding initiatives that attract, engage, and retain top talent.
The consultant will work closely with internal stakeholders to bring our employer brand to life through consistent messaging, engaging content, and well-executed campaigns across multiple touchpoints.
Key Responsibilities
- Analyzes Whitecloaks current employer branding initiatives to identify gaps, risks, and opportunities for improvement
- Provides strategic insights and recommendations to strengthen Whitecloaks positioning as an employer of choice
- Collaborates with the team to refine the employer branding strategy, aligning recommendations with the organization's direction.
- Advises and influences teams by applying employer branding best practices and market insights
- Translates people, culture, and talent objectives into cohesive and effective employer branding strategies
- Develops creative and engaging content for employer branding campaigns, including job postings, social media, career pages, and employee stories
- Supports recruitment and talent attraction efforts through innovative employer branding initiatives
- Monitors and evaluates employer branding engagement and effectiveness, providing recommendations for continuous improvement
- Stays up to date on employer branding and recruitment marketing trends to inform strategy and execution
Qualifications
At least 3–5 years of experience in marketing, branding, employer branding, or recruitment marketing
Strong strategic thinking with the ability to analyze employer branding initiatives and identify opportunities for improvement
Creative storyteller who can translate people, culture, and talent objectives into messaging that engages and attracts top talent
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to craft messages that are clear, compelling, and memorable
Comfortable providing strategic advice in a consultative environment, aligning recommendations with strategic direction and organizational frameworks
Familiarity with digital marketing platforms, social media, and analytics tools
Comfortable working in a collaborative and consultative environment
