The Delivery Lead is responsible for managing the delivery of the bank's digital programs and projects, ensuring they are completed on-time, on-scope, and on-budget. This role involves collaborative planning and execution with Business Enabling Teams, while providing thought leadership and governance to stakeholders. The Delivery Lead plays a crucial role in aligning projects with the bank's strategic goals and enhancing customer experience through effective project management.

Roles & Responsibilities

  1. Lead the overall delivery management of projects within the managed portfolio.
  2. Define and finalize project scope, goals, and deliverables in collaboration with business units and stakeholders.
  3. Create and manage detailed timelines for project execution, ensuring resource alignment.
  4. Optimize resource utilization to deliver project activities within required timeframes and quality standards.
  5. Coach, mentor, and supervise project team members, fostering accountability and positive action.
  6. Update the project team on project status based on agreed frequency.
  7. Clear blockers for SMEs to enhance performance and delivery.
  8. Facilitate learning through post-mortem and sprint retrospective sessions.
  9. Review technical designs provided by the Solutions Architect with the technical delivery team.
  10. Identify, monitor, and manage project risks, issues, dependencies, and action plans.
  11. Monitor and manage project expenses to ensure adherence to cost baselines.
  12. Identify and manage project dependencies and critical paths.
  13. Establish and ensure appropriate governance functions for the program.
  14. Proactively manage changes in project scope and devise contingency plans.
  15. Ensure implemented solutions align with the Solutions Architect's design and Enterprise Architecture.

Required Qualifications

  1. 5 years in IT industry or related field Scrum, PMP, and IT Trainings.
  2. Knowledge of enterprise architecture principles.
  3. Experience with Agile methodologies beyond Scrum.
  4. Experience in coaching and mentoring project teams.
  5. Ability to influence and consult effectively with stakeholders.
  6. Familiarity with risk management frameworks.
  7. Excellent analytical and critical thinking abilities.
  8. Strong accountability and adaptability skills.
