Overview

The People Operations Intern will play a crucial role in supporting employee engagement and compliance while facilitating coordination among HR, Accounting, and Sales teams. This position is essential for ensuring the smooth implementation of company policies and effective resource management.

Roles & Responsibilities

  1. Help monitor compliance with company policies, including timekeeping, attendance, and performance requirements
  2. Assist in orienting employees on the proper use of company platforms and systems (e.g., HRIS and internal tools)
  3. Coordinate with Accounting to support accurate billing and deployment tracking of resources
  4. Coordinate with Sales regarding the status of pending contracts and onboarding requirements
  5. Help address employee concerns and support initiatives that improve engagement and satisfaction
  6. Support implementation and adherence to standard operating procedures (SOPs) across teams

Required Qualifications

  1. Strong communication and coordination skills
  2. Organized, detail-oriented, and proactive
  3. Comfortable working with different teams and handling administrative tasks

Preferred Qualifications

  1. Experience with HRIS or similar systems
  2. Familiarity with compliance and regulatory requirements
