The Senior Delivery Lead is responsible for leading the successful delivery of strategic programs, portfolios, and transformation initiatives that align with the organization's business objectives and digital roadmap. This role provides leadership across multiple delivery teams, establishes governance frameworks, and ensures operational excellence while managing risks and fostering a culture of accountability and collaboration.

Roles & Responsibilities

  1. Lead the successful delivery of multiple strategic programs, initiatives, and transformation projects.
  2. Establish delivery strategies, roadmaps, and governance structures aligned with business objectives.
  3. Ensure delivery portfolios achieve targeted business outcomes and operational benefits.
  4. Drive alignment between project execution, resource capacity, budget allocation, and strategic priorities.
  5. Define, implement, and continuously improve delivery management frameworks and governance processes.
  6. Establish delivery metrics, KPIs, and reporting mechanisms to drive transparency and performance.
  7. Serve as a trusted advisor to executive leaders and business stakeholders on delivery strategy.
  8. Oversee delivery budgets, resource investments, and financial performance across initiatives.
  9. Lead, mentor, and develop cross-functional delivery teams.
  10. Support enterprise transformation initiatives by aligning delivery execution with strategic objectives.

Required Qualifications

  1. Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
  2. Master's degree in Business Administration (MBA), Technology Management, Project Management, or a related discipline is highly preferred.
  3. 8–12+ years of experience in project management, program management, or delivery management roles.
  4. Minimum 3–5 years of experience leading large-scale programs or enterprise initiatives.
  5. Proven experience managing cross-functional technology and business teams within Agile environments.
  6. Experience with Agile, Scrum, Kanban, and Lean methodologies.
  7. Demonstrated experience overseeing strategic initiatives involving multiple stakeholders.
  8. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  9. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills supported by data insights.
  10. Strong personality and can effectively handle pressure.
  11. Project Management Professional (PMP), PRINCE2 Practitioner, PMI Program Management Professional (PgMP), PMI Agile Certified Practitioner (PMI-ACP), SAFe Agilist (SA) or SAFe Program Consultant (SPC), Certified Scrum Professional (CSP) or equivalent Agile certification.
