Full Stack Developer (Java, React), hybrid in Prague

We are looking for a Full Stack Developer to join an internal team focused on BPM process applications and process platform development. The role is centered around building and maintaining microservices and frontend applications, with a strong focus on Java (Spring Boot), React, and integration with a BPM platform (Camunda).

Responsibilities:

• Develop microservices using Java and Spring Boot to support the process platform.
• Build and maintain frontend applications using React, ensuring a user-friendly and functional interface.
• Manage and maintain the development environment.
• Collaborate within an Agile team on designing and implementing scalable and efficient solutions.
• Cooperate with cross-functional teams to ensure secure, high-quality, and integrated services.
• Set up and manage CI/CD pipelines using tools such as Jenkins or GitHub Actions (build, test, deployment automation).

Requirements:

• Strong experience with Java and Spring Boot (microservices architecture).
• Experience with React for frontend development.
• Experience or interest in working with Camunda BPM or similar process platforms.
• Hands-on experience with CI/CD tools (Jenkins and/or GitHub Actions).
• Experience working in Agile environments.
• Ability to collaborate effectively within a team.
• Understanding of development environments and related tooling.

Nice to have:

• Experience in the banking environment.
