Junior Tester, hybrid in Zatec

We are looking for a motivated Junior Tester to join our team in Zatec. This is a versatile position for someone who can support multiple areas of our operations.

Responsibilities:

• Take ownership and responsibility for error-free delivery to production.
• Identify and document issues even when specifications cannot fully verify them.
• Communicate effectively with key users and developers.
• Create process documentation and process diagrams.
• Assist with basic front-end testing or minor front-end adjustments when needed.

Requirements:

• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and responsibly.
• Good communication skills.
• Willingness to work mostly on-site in Žatec.

Nice to have:

• Experience in the insurance industry.
• Basic knowledge or hands-on experience with front-end technologies (e.g. HTML, CSS, JavaScript, or modern frameworks.
• Understanding of how front-end and back-end components interact.
