Business Analyst / Solution Architect, hybrid in Prague

We are looking for Business Analyst / Solution Architect to join a project focused on digitalization and optimization of banking processes within the SME lending domain.

Start: May/June 2026
End: May 2027 (with possible prolongation)
Workload: full-time
Location: Prague, Czech Republic (hybrid – 3 days remote, 2 days onsite or upon agreement)
Language: English, Czech

Responsibilities:

• Define AS-IS and TO-BE processes and identify impacts on banking systems
• Gather and translate business requirements into system and technical specifications
• Design and propose solution architecture with focus on integration (REST APIs, distributed systems)
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to validate requirements and process changes
• Work closely with internal teams, vendors, and architects to ensure feasible implementation
• Support digitalization, automation, and optimization of business processes
• Create detailed business and system analysis documentation
  
  Requirements:

• Senior experience in Business Analysis and/or Solution Architecture
• Strong background in banking environment (SME domain is a plus)
• Experience with integration patterns and REST API-based architectures
• Knowledge of process modeling and design tools (BPMN, UML, UX design)
• Experience with tools such as Enterprise Architect/BizzDesign, Figma, Miro, Jira, Confluence
• Ability to work in Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid environments
• Strong communication skills and ability to work with multiple stakeholders
