We are looking for a Service Desk Agent fluent in Polish and English to join a multinational IT support team in Prague, Czech Republic. This full-time role requires on-site presence 2 days per week, offering long-term collaboration on an ongoing contract. The ideal candidate has a customer-oriented mindset and a basic understanding of general IT support tools.

Location: Hybrid in Prague (2 times/week)
Language: Polish and English (Fluent)
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide 1st-level support to end users in Polish and English
- Troubleshoot issues related to Office applications, user accounts (Azure AD), and basic IT systems
- Record and follow up on service desk tickets
- Escalate complex issues to higher-tier support
Requirements:
- Fluent in Polish or Dutch and English (professional level)
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Basic IT knowledge (Azure Active Directory, Office 365)
- Availability to work onsite in Prague 2x/week
