We are looking for a Service Desk Agent fluent in Polish and English  to join a multinational IT support team in Prague, Czech Republic. This full-time role requires on-site presence 2 days per week, offering long-term collaboration on an ongoing contract. The ideal candidate has a customer-oriented mindset and a basic understanding of general IT support tools.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide 1st-level support to end users in Polish and English
  • Troubleshoot issues related to Office applications, user accounts (Azure AD), and basic IT systems
  • Record and follow up on service desk tickets
  • Escalate complex issues to higher-tier support

Requirements:

  • Fluent in Polish or Dutch and English (professional level)
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills
  • Basic IT knowledge (Azure Active Directory, Office 365)
  • Availability to work onsite in Prague 2x/week
