IT Project Manager, hybrid in Prague

We are looking for IT Project Manager to join an international project environment focused on coordinating multiple IT initiatives and transformation activities across Central Europe.

Location: Prague, Czech Republic (hybrid – 2 days onsite per week)

Responsibilities:

• Manage and coordinate multiple IT projects and programs running in parallel
• Drive project delivery across international teams and stakeholders
• Ensure effective communication, planning, prioritization, and risk management
• Coordinate activities across business and technical teams
• Work with both Agile and traditional project management methodologies
• Monitor project progress, timelines, and deliverables to ensure successful delivery
• Support changing business priorities with a proactive and flexible approach

Requirements:

• At least 3 years of experience managing large IT projects
• Strong communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills
• Experience with Agile and traditional project management methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, PRINCE2 Agile, etc.)
• Excellent organizational and planning abilities
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in dynamic environments
• Strong ownership and results-oriented mindset
• Fluent English

Nice to have:

• Experience in HR / People-related projects (attendance, payroll, automation, digitalization, etc.)
• Hungarian language
