Client Developer
Job Description:
Purpose of the Role
As a Client Developer at Trusted Translations, your primary focus will be on growing and nurturing existing client accounts while implementing effective customer retention strategies. You will also drive cross-selling opportunities and ensure seamless transitions to Account Managers for long-term client management.
Key Responsibilities
1. Develop and retain valued recurring customers through research and proactive follow-ups.
2. Expand existing accounts by creating new contacts and fostering relationships within client organizations.
3. Actively engage with new contacts to ensure successful onboarding and initial sales.
4. Maintain follow-ups until a contact completes four purchases or six months of engagement.
5. Convert leads into clients by tracking contacts who change jobs or through referrals from existing clients.
6. Present the companys business model and advise clients on available language services, emphasizing cross-selling opportunities.
7. Document client needs and expectations for a smooth handoff to Account Managers.
8. Serve as the primary Account Manager for the first four purchases or initial six months.
Job Requirements
Essential:
Highly motivated with a positive learning attitude.
Native or near-native English proficiency.
Exceptional communication skills (verbal and written).
Over 3 years of experience in client-facing roles.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
Experience with CRM platforms such as Salesforce, HubSpot, or Zoho.
Desirable:
Strong analytical skills.
Experience working in sales or customer service roles.
