Bilingual Insurance Representative

Overview:

LATAM Partners is seeking a highly motivated Bilingual Insurance Representative to support Molina Insurance Group, a U.S.-based insurance company, from our offices in Guadalajara. This role requires experience in commercial insurance, exceptional customer service skills, and fluency in English and Spanish. The ideal candidate will assist with managing commercial accounts, resolving client inquiries, and ensuring exceptional service delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Client Management:

Act as the primary point of contact for commercial clients, addressing their needs, inquiries, and policy updates in both English and Spanish.

2. Policy Maintenance:

Process and update client insurance policies, endorsements, and renewals accurately and promptly.

3. Customer Support:

Handle incoming calls and emails, providing solutions to client issues and maintaining high customer satisfaction.

4. Account Servicing:

Assist with billing inquiries, premium calculations, and payment processing.

5. Claims Assistance:

Guide clients through the claims process, ensuring all necessary documentation is submitted and questions are resolved.

6. Documentation and Compliance:

Maintain accurate records in compliance with U.S. insurance regulations and company standards.

7. Collaboration:

Work closely with the Molina Insurance Group team to ensure seamless communication and client servicing.

8. Sales Support:

Provide support to agents in preparing quotes and proposals for potential clients.

Requirements:

Education:

Bachelors degree or equivalent work experience in insurance, business, or a related field.

Experience:

At least 3 years of experience in the insurance industry, specifically with commercial accounts. Experience with U.S.-based insurance companies is preferred.

Technical Skills:

Proficiency in insurance management systems and CRM platforms.

Knowledge of commercial insurance policies, endorsements, and claims.

Language Skills:

Fluency in both English and Spanish (written and spoken).

Soft Skills:

Excellent organizational, time management, and communication skills.

Ability to manage multiple accounts and meet deadlines.
