Warehouse Supervisor Assistant - Night shift

We are looking for a detail-oriented Warehouse Supervisor Assistant to support day-to-day warehouse operations. This role requires both warehouse experience and strong computer skills to ensure accurate documentation and reporting.

Key Responsibilities

• Enter devanning information, including piece counts and cargo locations

• Review photos and make them accessible for customer viewing

• Note and report any cargo damages

• Conduct recounts of cargo when necessary

• Retake and upload clearer photos if originals are unreadable

• Verify that all cargo is correctly marked and matches the job description on paperwork

Requirements

• Previous warehouse experience (required)

• Strong computer literacy (data entry, file/photo management)

• Attention to detail and accuracy

• Ability to work independently and follow established procedures
