IT Security Manager_Onsite_Full-Time_Taguig_Up to 175K

We are hiring for an IT Security Manager for a client based in Taguig.

This is an Onsite work following a Full-Time schedule.

Salary is up to ₱175,000.00 based on experience.

Main Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or any related field.

At least 3 years of experience in IT Security.

Relevant IT Security experience and certifications.

Job Descriptions:

The IT Security Officer/Manager is responsible for protecting the EFI's information systems, networks, and data from cyber threats.

This role oversees the development, implementation, and enforcement of information security policies, ensures compliance with relevant standards and regulations, and proactively manages security risks across the IT environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop, implement, and maintain information security policies, standards, and procedures.
• Monitor logs and secure networks, servers, endpoints, applications, and cloud environments.
• Ensure secure system configurations, patch management, and vulnerability remediation.
• Lead and support security incident detection, investigation, and response activities.
• Support internal and external security audits and assessments.
• Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and standards.
• Conduct or coordinate security training and phishing awareness programs to the company.
• Collaborate with IT, legal, HR, and business units to integrate security

into operations.
