Recruitment Specialist – Audit & Technical_Remote_Dayshift_Phil_Up to 25K+Com

We are hiring for a Recruitment Specialist – Audit & Technical Hiring for a client based in the Philippines.

This is a Remote work following a Dayshift schedule

Salary is up to 25000.00+Commission based on experience

Main Requirements:

• At least 2 years of recruitment experience
• Proven experience hiring for Audit, Accounting, or technical roles
• Strong sourcing and screening skills
• Experience using LinkedIn and other recruitment tools
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Ability to work independently in a remote setup

Other Requirements:

• Experience working with international clients
• Background in agency or executive search recruitment

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage end-to-end recruitment for Audit, Accounting, and technical roles (IT, Engineering, etc.)
• Source candidates through job boards, LinkedIn, and other sourcing channels
• Conduct initial screenings and assess candidate qualifications
• Coordinate interviews and manage client/hiring manager expectations
• Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates
• Ensure a smooth and professional candidate experience
• Meet hiring timelines and placement targets
