GM for Sales Support_Quezon City_onsite

We are hiring GM for Sales Support in Tuazon, QC.

This is an onsite work setup. Scheduled visit of branches nationwide as needed. This job position is responsible for for driving lead generation, customer engagement, and operational enablement by managing telemarketing, customer service, digital marketing, ADA, and systems support. Acts as the demand generation and support engine of the business.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in business management or related field. Master's degree an advantage but not required.
• Minimum 10 years related experience. Experience working with financing company and bank sector and/or government institutions is a
  great advantage, proven experience in a managerial role.
• Must have strong decision-making capabilities, highly analytical, above-average communication, collaboration, and delegation skills, proven ability to develop and maintain financial plans.
• Must have the ability to motivate, lead people, and hold employees accountable.
• Must have strong working knowledge of operational procedures and knowledge of participatory approaches.
• Must be a people person, flexible, self-motivated, honest, highly responsible, and punctual.
