Cluster Senior Manager_Quezon City_onsite

We are hiring Cluster Senior Manager in Tuazon, QC.

This is an onsite work setup. Scheduled visit of branches nationwide as needed. The job entails accountable for delivering sales production, productivity, and profitability across assigned branches and ensuring Marketing Representatives (MRs) achieve required performance standards. 

The Cluster Senior Manager acts as the primary execution owner of UDI, conversion, and branch productivity.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in business management or related field. Master's degree an advantage but not required.
• Minimum 8 years related experience. Experience working with financing company and bank sector and/or government institutions is a
  great advantage, proven experience in a managerial role
• Must have a Strong decision-making capability, highly analytical, above-average communication, collaboration, and delegation skills, proven ability to develop and maintain financial plans. Must have the ability
  to motivate, lead people, and hold employees accountable. 
• Must have a strong working knowledge of operational procedures and knowledge of participatory approaches.
• Must be a people person, flexible, self-motivated, honest, highly responsible, and punctual.
