We are hiring AI developer in Iloilo City.

This is an onsite work setup. Salary is up to 150k.

Requirements:

• Hard skills:
  2+ years building production AI or ML systems
  Hands-on experience with LLMs (OpenAI, Anthropic, or similar)
  Experience with APIs, prompt engineering, n8n, and RAG architectures
  Experience deploying models or AI workflows in production environments

• Nice to have:
  Background in B2B or sales tech environments
  Experience with tools like LangChain, or Zapier
  Knowledge of data pipelines and ETL processes

• Soft skills:
  You solve problems with minimal hand-holding
  You communicate technical ideas clearly to non-technical people
  You ship fast and iterate faster

Duties & Responsibilities:

• What You'll Do:
  - Design and build AI solutions.
  - Integrate AI tools into existing Callbox systems and processes
  - Develop and maintain prompt engineering frameworks and evaluation pipelines
  - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify where AI creates the most impact
  - Monitor, test, and improve AI model performance over time
  - Document systems clearly so teams can adopt and scale them
  - Stay current on AI developments and bring relevant innovations to the table
