Gen. Manager(Military/MSME/Marine)_Quezon City_onsite_

We are hiring Gen. Manager(Military/MSME/Marine) in Tuazon, QC.

This is an onsite work setup (office based) and scheduled field work nationwide as needed. The General Manager drives nationwide lending growth by leading field-based sales teams (Caravans and Account Officers), ensuring high productivity, strong client acquisition, and disciplined execution across Military Pensioners, MSME, and Marine segments.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in business management or related field. Master's degree an advantage but not required.
• Minimum 10 years related experience. Experience working with financing company and bank sector and/or government institutions is a great advantage, proven experience in a managerial role.
• Must have a Strong decision-making capability, highly analytical, above-average communication, collaboration, and delegation skills, proven ability to develop and maintain financial plans. 
• Must have the ability to motivate, lead people, and hold employees accountable. 
• Must have a strong working knowledge of operational procedures and knowledge of participatory approaches. 
• Must be a people person, flexible, self-motivated, honest, highly responsible, and punctual.
