We are hiring for a Recruitment Specialist – Volume Hiring (BPO)for a client based in the Philippines.

This is a Remote work following a Dayshift schedule.

Salary is up to 25000.00+Commission based on experience.

Main Requirements:

• At least 2 years of recruitment experience
• Strong background in BPO or volume hiring
• Ability to handle multiple roles and high applicant flow
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Experience with job portals and recruitment systems
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines

Other Requirements:

• Experience supporting international BPO clients
• Familiarity with ATS tools and recruitment metrics

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle end-to-end recruitment for BPO / call center agent roles
• Manage high-volume sourcing, screening, and endorsement of candidates
• Conduct initial interviews and assessments
• Coordinate with clients and hiring teams to meet volume targets
• Track applicant progress and ensure quick turnaround times
• Maintain organized candidate databases and reports
• Ensure excellent candidate experience despite high volume
