About the Job:

We are looking for a Market Analysis Supervisor to join our client's team. Your responsibility is to directly supervise and oversee the daily operations of a Market Analysis Team that works within the online gaming industry. Additionally, you will collate and analyze key areas of the market, workloads, and data sets.

The team is responsible for collecting data and compiling information to ensure that both the company and the regulatory body have an accurate picture of the marketplace. This will be achieved by reviewing sites, vendors, games, and transactions, and then organizing the findings into clearly structured reports.

  • Checks and Audits Monitoring: Oversee the day-to-day checks and audits of sites, games, vendors, etc., that contribute to market analysis, ensuring compliance with company policies, standards, and procedures.
  • Mystery Shopper: Oversee the company's mystery shopping program, ensuring that regular, thorough, and robust mystery shopper transactions are conducted and reported.
  • Being Hands-On: Personally conduct checks, audits, and mystery shopper activities daily to maintain a close and constant understanding of workloads and the marketplace.
  • Team Management: Direct and organize the team's workload. Set clear objectives, track progress, and supervise the team to ensure tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
  • QA: Regularly spot-check the team's results to ensure a high level of accuracy and timely execution.
  • Performance Monitoring: Evaluate employee performance, provide constructive feedback, and implement improvement plans as necessary.
  • Training and Development: Onboard new team members and provide coaching and training to enhance their skills and gaming knowledge, making them more effective in their roles.
  • Reporting: Provide reports to management or client about the findings of online compliance check activities.
  • Incident Reporting: Document and report critical issues, incidents or irregularities, providing detailed accounts to management and recommending preventive measures.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with internal departments and external party/parties to ensure seamless execution of operations and resolution of any issue.
  • Any other task deemed necessary by Management.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree in any field.
  • At least 5 years of experience in Market Analysis with a solid background in the online gaming industry.
  • At least 3 years experience in either online casino product/lobby/games management or fraud monitoring and/or risk management in online gaming.
  • Solid knowledge and familiarity of various game offerings in the market.
  • Direct line management leadership and supervisory experience.
  • Proficiency using Microsoft Office 365 applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint).
  • Possesses excellent interpersonal, leadership, and communication (written and verbal) skills.
  • Can start immediately if possible.
