We are looking for Customer Service Representatives to work for a BPO in Ortigas

This is an onsite role that follows a Shifting Schedule

Salary is up to 28,000 based on experience and interview result

Minimum requirement of at least 1 year of BPO experience with at least 6 months experience handling Airline Account

Requirements:

  • Must be at least in a college level
  • At least 1-year call center experience in a voice support with at least 6 months airline experience.
  • Must have experience with Omnichannel.
  • Average to above average English competency, both verbal and written.

Job Description:

  • Handling Phone, Chat and Email
  • Responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues.
  • Providing excellent customer service and support.
  • Resolving customer complaints and ensuring customer satisfaction.
  • Analyzing situations and providing effective solutions to customer issues.
  • Managing multiple tasks simultaneously, such as talking to customers, entering data, and using computer systems.
  • Adhering to Scripts and Guidelines
