We are looking for a Senior Print Project Manager for our Creative agency client in BGC, Taguig.

Salary: up to 75k
Set-up: Hybrid
Schedule: Mon-Fri
Shift: Dayshift, Midshift

The Role:

Responsible for the coordination, adaptation, and implementation of the production process from brief through to the final production phases. Supporting Team Leaders and Project Managers in the efficient running of accounts and the department.


Key Responsibilities (to include, but not limited to)

General
Daily project management functions
Identify resource/workload issues and be proactive in finding solutions
Lead and champion better ways of working by implementing processes and structure
Point of escalation for PMs, brought into day-to-day when there are issues/queries to resolve & point of contact for studio and QC TLs, clients, client services
Work closely with the Team Leader on any set task (set up process/workflow, client presentation)
Resource and capacity, assign workload within the team, resolve workload issues
Cover during team absence as and when needed including stepping into day-to-day PM role if necessary
Maintain the PM SharePoint site & create and upload any useful documentation (ensure PMs are keeping the workbench and client contact details up to date)
Regular account and ways of working reviews.
Oversee account transitions to Chennai
Liaise with the studio manager and head of PPM in Chennai for resource & support
Drive and implement process
Write training materials, and process documentation for the team as necessary
Oversee the IPE transition across the account once this is launched
Mentor, support and train colleagues, new starters and freelance resource
Other ad-hoc requests as and when required
Any other duties as instructed by the team leader

Admin/Personnel
Covid Utilization Report to be completed at the end of each day. Review the hours the team has put in the report each week to monitor extra hours/overtime
Write job specs for roles within the team when necessary
Interview for positions within the team and externally as required
Finance/Billing including Maconomy job creation, preparing invoicing, raising POs, overseeing SOX & revenue reports (if required)
New starter packs & training
Equipment support for the team
Managing people relationships and the general well-being of the team
Collate forecast for monthly production meetings

Requirements:

Proven experience working in a print production role essential
Proven technical and professional skills within the print environment
High level of IT literacy, including usage of spreadsheets
Strong numeracy skills
Excellent prioritization, time management, and attention to detail
Resilience and ability to work under pressure
Fluent oral and written English essential, other languages desirable
Strong interpersonal skills
Experience in managing and servicing international accounts in 5+ markets with multiple stakeholders desirable
Highly organized, detail-orientated, customer-focused, proactive, and possess excellent communication skills with a clear understanding of international brand challenges
Understanding of international brand challenges
Good spoken and written communication skills
