Lead Software Engineer - up to 200k - Onsite/Hybrid - Taguig

We are looking for a Lead Software Engineer for our client in Taguig

Lead Software Engineer
Salary: up to 200k
Work Set-up: On-site/ Hybrid (On-site right now but management is discussing the possibility of transitioning to hybrid eventually)
Location: Upper McKinley Rd, Taguig City 
Shift: 9 am-6 pm 

Requirements / Preferred Skills

Educational Background: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

Adaptability and Collaboration:
Demonstrated collaborative nature and the ability to quickly adapt to changing requirements.

Professional Experience:
Minimum of 7 years of experience working as a software engineer in an Agile team environment.
At least 2 years of experience working as a Senior Engineer or Tech Lead in an Agile team setting.

Problem-Solving Skills: Strong self-motivation, problem-solving abilities, and analytical thinking.

Technical Proficiency:
Proficiency in ReactJS, React Native, Redux/Recoil, and NodeJS.
Familiarity with development frameworks such as ExpressJS, ViteJS, NextJS, Laravel, etc.
Proficiency in HTML5, CSS3, and Responsive Web Design. 
Knowledge of Tailwind and PandaCSS is a plus.

API Development: Good proficiency in working with and/or designing REST APIs.

Tools and Platforms:
Proficiency in working with Docker, Git, and AWS services (EC2, S3, etc). Additional Skills (Bonus)
Experience with AngularJS and PHP is a bonus.
Familiarity with CMS systems (headful or headless) such as WordPress, dotCMS, Contentful, etc., is an additional bonus.
