Qualifications & experience

• At least a year of Recruitment Experience ideally doing volume hiring for BPOs and non agent roles
• Someone who enjoys learning new roles and interviewing for different types of positions
• Can work independenly up to minimal supervision

Tasks & responsibilities

• Job Posting of Client Requirements online
• Sourcing for Qualified Candidates using different platforms
• Conducting interviews online or over the phone to screen applicants
• Ensuring that candidates attend their interviews, or exams as scheduled
• Working with the team and the client for successful hires or placements
