We are urgently hiring for a Sr Quality Manager for a BPO Client in Cebu

This is an onsite work, with shifting schedule

Salary is up to 200K

Offers Relocation Package for those coming from a different location

Requirements

  • Minimum of 2 years in college, preferably a bachelors degree
  • Minimum 3 years of experience (preferably in a BPO or similar environment)
  • Minimum 3 years of experience as Quality Assurance Manager
  • Proficiency with technology, especially computers, software applications, and phone systems
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills Effective communication, interpersonal, influencing and negotiation skills
  • High Customer Service Orientation
  • High level of integrity and judgment
  • Strong Knowledge of quality evaluation and customer service metrics
  • Attention to detail and desire to follow procedures
  • Solid RCA skills, action planning and coaching skills
