Hello,
We are urgently hiring for a Sr Quality Manager for a BPO Client in Cebu
This is an onsite work, with shifting schedule
Salary is up to 200K
Offers Relocation Package for those coming from a different location
Requirements
- Minimum of 2 years in college, preferably a bachelors degree
- Minimum 3 years of experience (preferably in a BPO or similar environment)
- Minimum 3 years of experience as Quality Assurance Manager
- Proficiency with technology, especially computers, software applications, and phone systems
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills Effective communication, interpersonal, influencing and negotiation skills
- High Customer Service Orientation
- High level of integrity and judgment
- Strong Knowledge of quality evaluation and customer service metrics
- Attention to detail and desire to follow procedures
- Solid RCA skills, action planning and coaching skills
