We are urgently looking for Recruitment Specialists to join our team ASAP

This is a hybrid role in Ortigas

weSource is a headhunting firm that works with clients in the Philippines to help them find the right candidates both for Technical and Non-Technical Roles

The Recruiters will be responsible in doing End to End Recruitment which includes the below tasks:

1. Create Job Requisition Forms based on Client Requirements
2. Online Job Postings
3. Passive and Active Sourcing of Qualified Candidates
4. Screening of applicants against requirements
5. Conducting Online or over the phone interviews
6. Assist applicants all through the application process

Requirements:

1. Minimum of 2 years working out an End to End Recruitment Role
2. At least a year of doing recruitment for Technical and a year of non-Technical roles
3. Must have done sourcing of own applicants through different platforms/sources
4. Must be willing to work onsite 2 times a week
5. Productive with minimal supervision
