We are looking for Customer Service Representatives to work for a BPO in Cebu

This is an onsite role that follows a Shifting Schedule

Salary is up to 26,000 based on experience and interview result

Minimum requirement of at least 1 year of BPO experience

Requirements:

  • At least in college level but can consider HS Graduate (New and Old Curriculum)
  • Minimum of 1 year BPO experience with any account
  • Above average communication skills both verbal and written
  • 1-year Omnichannel Experience (Accumulative) (Phone + Email or Chat / Phone + Email + Chat)

Job Description:

  • Handling Phone, Chat and Email
  • Responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues.
  • Providing excellent customer service and support.
  • Resolving customer complaints and ensuring customer satisfaction.
  • Analyzing situations and providing effective solutions to customer issues.
  • Managing multiple tasks simultaneously, such as talking to customers, entering data, and using computer systems.
  • Adhering to Scripts and Guidelines
