Head of Infrastructure - Up to 300K - Hybrid in Ortigas

We are hiring for a Head of Infrastructure for a client located in Ortigas Pasig City.
This is an hybrid work and follows a regular Mon to Fri Schedule
Salary pays up to 300K package based on experience

1. Responsible for leading and managing all aspects of our IT infrastructure, ensuring its stability, security, and scalability to support our growing business needs in the dynamic online gambling landscape.
2. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (Master's degree a plus).
3. Minimum 10 years of experience in managing IT infrastructure in a fast-paced, demanding environment.
4. Proven experience in leading and motivating IT teams.
5. Demonstrated expertise in big data technologies and their application within financial auditing.
6. In-depth knowledge of IT security best practices, including firewalls, intrusion detection, and data encryption.
7. Experience with cloud computing platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP)

Work Setup: Hybrid (3x onsite, 2x WFH)
Morning Shift: 7am to 4pm, 8am to 5pm & 9am to 6pm
