We are hiring for Customer Service Representatives for our Premium Airline Account!

Qualifications:

  • Education: At least college-level
  • Experience:
    • Minimum of 1 year of call center experience in voice support
    • At least 6 months of experience in the airline industry (Amadeus background is a plus)
    • Familiarity with handling leisure and business customers
    • Background in GDS/Reservations system is advantageous
    • Experience managing various communication channels (Phone, Email, Chat, Back Office)
  • Skills:
    • Strong analytical skills to identify problems and recommend solutions
    • Open to feedback and coaching
    • Ability to work independently across a broad range of activities
