Minimum Qualifications:
- Candidates must be at least in college level, preferably a degree holder
- Must have at least 1 year of call center or BPO experience or at least 6 months customer service experience supporting a ride hailing service, reservation, and concierge work or in the transportation, travel sectors.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in English with the ability to convey professionalism and warmth.
- Strong problem-solving abilities, with a knack for finding creative solutions to complex requests.
- Impeccable organizational skills and attention to detail, ensuring no aspect of a client's request is overlooked.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment, coordinating seamlessly with various teams.
- Tech-savvy with experience using CRM systems and communication tools preferred.
- A passion for luxury experiences and a genuine desire to exceed client expectations.
- Rigorous work attitude, consumer-oriented, responsible, and stress-resistant
- Strong service awareness is a must.
- Multichannel Support Exp (Email, Phone, Chat)
- Good Customer Service Skills
- Experience supporting APAC, EMEA, US Market
