Job description:

Immediately for one of the fastest growing company which delivers SaaS based technology platform transforming route-to-market capabilities of FMCG specifically CPG (Consumer Packaged Goods) companies across the value-chain. 

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Work closely with Client and Clients end customers (Both internal and external stakeholders) to ensure smooth and timely Project Execution for all new customers acquired by client in Philippines.
  • Will need to ensure that the new customer journey from onboarding till BAU is smooth with all required demonstration, hand holding, training and support required for the product to be provided as and when required remote as well as on site (as and when required).
  • Conduct in-depth training sessions for Customer Project stakeholders on using the product.
  • Assist in high severity requests or issue escalations as needed.
  • Guide customers on product features and how to use them.
  • Drive customer scale-ups to reach enterprise level penetration (Upselling & Cross Selling)
  • Update customer about new feature developments and enhancements according to customer business requirements.
  • Training and providing support to customers during new version releases with changes as per requirement.
  • Monitor user and product adoption and usage.
  • Configuration and demonstrating the product to customer pre-execution, if needed.
  • Ensure customer satisfaction and build strong customer relationships.
  • Travel to client office location/Customer visit as per requirement (Travel Allowance provided)
  • Providing on going support via chats and emails remotely.
  • Providing high priority and urgent support via phone.
  • Will use tool to internally communicate issues which are relevant to escalate the issue/bugs to the Internal Quality or Technology team and also about new requirements to the Development Team.
  • Act as the Single Point of Contact for the Client in the Philippines market for all Clients end user customers and will manage all Philippines based customer communication on behalf of the client.
  • As and when customer base for the Client grows, Client intends to grow the team under the first candidate

Experience, Qualifications & Skills:

  • Excellent English & Tagalog communication - both verbal and written.
    Needs to have a flair and experience of customer support both remote and face to face.

    Highly self-motivated individual driven with customer service, customer retention and upscaling customers product utilization.
  • Needs to be highly organized when working using online tools and calendars to organize work schedules, meetings and tasks.
  • Ability to multi-task while still being able to focus and remain organized with the work, meetings and conferences.
  • Should have required technical qualifications, knowledge, background and experience to be able to handle demonstrations, training and support for Clients SaaS based products.
  • Experience required is Project Implementation and/or support for SaaS based technology platform products.
    Experience required in FMCG industry required (CPG market experience would be highly preferred.
  • Should have advanced knowledge on working with MS Office Suite including Excel, Word and Powerpoint Presentation.
  • Should have knowledge and experience working on various online and virtual conference tools for meetings and conferences and also has knowledge in scheduling meetings through meeting invites and calendar requests and holding and attending meetings.
  • Should be able to provide remote support through virtual remote access tools and platforms.
  • Should be have experience in business communications internally and externally via chats and emails.
  • Technology Graduate with minimum 2 years experience in a similar role of Project Implementation and Execution.
  • Willing to work onsite and as and when required on customer location
    Should be open to travelling (as and when customer based for Client expands outside Manila) In-dept understanding of FMCG industry in Philippines and specifically for CPG market (Consumer
    Packaged Goods)
  • Should have decent understanding of Clients products (production information and knowledge transfer will be provided by client) and should be able to comprehend customer issues from laymans terms (as all customers might not be technically equipped to communicate the issue technically)
  • Will be reporting directly to Client team (Project Manager and Business Analyst) and all day to day operations and reporting including WBR, MBR and WBR for KPI assessment will be conducted directly Client team.
