We are looking for a Visual Designer for our Creative/Advertising client 

Salary: up to 80k
Set-up: Hybrid
Location: BGC, Taguig
Schedule: Mon to Fri

The ideal Visual Designer should possess a keen eye for detail and have a strong desire to learn and explore new technologies. They should not only work closely with the UX designer to develop high fidelity mockups, but also
work alongside the creative team with the ability to create visually stunning and innovative solutions that disrupt the status quo. From designing remarkable deck and web layouts to the most impressive UI compositions for
various XR products. 

This Visual Designer is not afraid to think outside the box and comes up with creative solutions that are unique and impactful. They think immersive first and want to create cutting-edge experiences for various XR platforms (AR, VR, XR Web), gaming, and in-person experiences. Overall, the ideal candidate should be an expert in their field, passionate about their work, and committed to creating exceptional designs that meet and exceed user expectations. They should be able to work under tight deadlines and be comfortable in a fast- paced and dynamic environment.

Skills:
Strong design skills: They should have a strong design aesthetic and be able to create visually compelling layouts and UI designs that are both functional and aesthetically pleasing with a deep understanding of Brand Guidelines and brand voice to help design, support and inform their creative choices.
Familiarity with XR technology: They should have a solid understanding of XR
technologies, including AR, VR, and MR, and be familiar with their unique design requirements.
High fidelity prototyping: They should be proficient in using design tools and software to create high fidelity mockups and prototypes of XR products and user interfaces.
Design skills: They should be able to apply design principles to their work, including typography, color theory, composition, and visual hierarchy.
Collaboration: They should be able to work closely with UX designers and other creative team members to ensure that designs meet user needs and project goals.
Attention to detail: They should have an immaculate attention to detail and be able to create pixel-perfect designs that are both beautiful and functional.
Out of the box thinking: They should have the ability to think creatively and come up with innovative solutions that push the boundaries of what is possible.
Willingness to learn: They should be highly motivated and always looking to learn new technologies and design trends to stay at the forefront of their field.
(Nice-to-have): 2D Animation abilities and or knowledge. This can be helpful if not able to animate outright in something like After Effects, to at least be knowledgeable in the traditional or motion graphics pipeline for assets that may need to be handed off to those departments.
(Nice-to-have): 3D modeling or general 3D pipeline knowledge to be able to hand off or communicate concepts to 3D designers when needed
Adaptability: They should be able to work under tight deadlines and be comfortable in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
