We are hiring for Customer Service Representatives!
Minimum Qualifications:
- Must at least be a high School level graduate (Old Curriculum)- completed 4 years (New Curriculum)- K-12 Program
- At least one (1) year experience as an Agent in the BPO-setting for customer service or technical support line of business supporting international customers.
- Must have experience in a Voice Channel- Minimum of 6 months
- Average to above average English competency, both verbal and written.
- High preference for experience supporting entertainment and/or media streaming services
- Experience with Google Suite of products and with MS Office is preferred
- Back office (chat, email, and/or social media) experience is ideal
- Ability to make well-reasoned judgements quickly and repeatedly
Genuine curiosity and strong desire to continuously grow and learn
- Self-directed, but also great at collaborating
- Receptive to feedback given by direct supervisor and other stakeholders
