We are hiring for a Esports Production & Logistics Manager for an Esports Company located in BGC

This is an onsite work and follows a Dayshift Schedule

Salary is up to 130,000 package based on overall experience and hiring result

Minimum 5-7 years of experience in a media agency or TV production environment with demonstrated effective event management, technical, and personnel management experience.

Qualifications:

  • 5-7 years of experience in a media agency or TV production environment with demonstrated effective event management, technical, and personnel management experience.
  • Significant successful similar and compatible event facility experience, business experience, or similar event experience preferred.
  • Exceptional leadership and communication skills.
  • Self-motivated and results-oriented.
  • Proven ability to organize and coordinate projects and personnel.
  • Familiarity with crowd management and control techniques.
  • Proficiency with general office PC applications (i.e., word processing, spreadsheets, databases).

Description:

  • Lead and manage the event operations by vendor/agency, including game-day and non-game day related event setups and activities.
  • Maintain and develop relationships with a wide variety of vendors and suppliers.
  • Coordinate the relationship and productivity of Stagehands, rigging, and other labor contractors.
  • Work with various arena and team departments to meet event staffing and production needs.
  • Assist in planning and executing event-related expenses and budgets.
  • Coordinate floor plans for events based on building safety code. Secure proper permits for events. Ensure compliance with all applicable fire, building, and safety codes.
  • Prepare supporting documentation including event notes, expense estimates, and post notes.
  • Manage the department budget, including Operating, Maintenance, and Capital Projects as related to production services.
  • Monitor stagehands, riggers, and other event-related contract event personnel.
  • Maintain and develop relationships with event support vendors and rental houses that provide services for event-related activities.
  • Execute Production Meetings with various arena and tenant departments to ensure accurate and timely delivery of event information.
  • Manage arena-related broadcast, production, and technical setup aspects.
