We are looking for a Business Development Consultant to work for a client in BGC.

This is a project/consultancy work for 6 months

The Set up is Hybrid following a Day Schedule (mon to fri) and the salary is up to 170K based on experience

The ideal candidate will possess a proven track record in closing deals and boast an extensive network within various brands, agencies, and related industries. This role will be pivotal in driving our esports business forward through strategic partnerships and innovative initiatives. The successful candidate will collaborate closely with our team to ensure the seamless execution of business development strategies, with a strong emphasis on sales.

Responsibilities:

Sales and Partnership Development:

  • Drive sales by identifying and nurturing leads, negotiating contracts, and closing deals.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders to foster partnerships and drive revenue growth.  

Backend Support and Documentation:

  • Assist in backend tasks to optimize business operations.
  • Maintain accurate and organized documentation for seamless workflow.

Design and Customization:

  • Develop and customize compelling decks and sales materials to enhance pitch presentations.
  1. Logistics Support:
  • Coordinate logistical aspects of activations and events to ensure smooth execution.

Inventory Management:

  • Oversee sponsor-related inventories, including merchandise, prizes, and displays.
  1. Social Media Assistance:
  • Collaborate with team members to provide social media support for leagues and tournaments.
  • Execute tasks related to social media support, ensuring timely and effective communication.

Streaming Data Management:

  • Record and manage streaming data during business development activities.
  • Ensure efficient storage and organization of data for future reference and analysis.

Community/Women's Tournament Support:

  • Assist in organizing and executing community and women's tournaments.
  • Collaborate with relevant teams to ensure the success of local third-party tournaments.

TikTok Operation Expertise:

  • Possess a deep understanding of TikTok operations.
  • Utilize TikTok strategically to enhance visibility and engagement of business initiatives.
  • Stay updated on TikTok trends and implement innovative approaches for maximum impact.

Qualifications:

  1. Experience in Closing Deals:
    Proven track record in closing deals and fostering partnerships
  2. Extensive network within various brands, agencies, and related industries
  3. Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently
  4. Proficient in Office Documentation Apps:
  5. Demonstrated proficiency in relevant apps (MS Office, Google, Lark, etc.) for efficient documentation.
  6. Creative mindset with the ability to design captivating marketing materials.
  7. Social Media Savvy:
  8. Strong understanding of social media platforms and trends.
  9. Tech-Savvy:
  10. Proficient in recording and managing streaming data using relevant tools and platforms.
  11. Experience in coordinating and supporting community, women's, and local third-party tournaments.
  12. TikTok Proficiency:
  13. Proven experience in leveraging TikTok for business promotion and engagement.
