Customer Services Agents for US Logistics Customer Support account to start immediately.

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Responsible for communicating with customers, establishing and resolving customers concerns, and assisting in general customer service duties internally and externally related to their freight forwarders' needs.
  • Handle customer inquiries in a timely, professional manner via phone.
  • Handling customer queries on tracking and tracing of shipments and packages.
  • Handling customers enquiries for lost and damaged shipments and guiding them through proper channels and processes to process requests.
  • Handling queries related to invoicing related concerns.
  • Maintaining organized and accurate notes on Client CRM.
  • Maintaining high level of quality in the calls being handled in order to ensure seamless customer services and customer experience.
  • Reporting of day to day activities and unusual activities to superiors.

Site: Ortigas, Pasig

Schedule: US Shift Schedule (PST Time) Rotating shifting schedules

Experience, Qualifications & Skills:

  • 4 Year degree college graduate (Mandatory as undergraduates and diploma holders are not qualified)
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in US Customer Service account (Mandatory).
  • Must have exemplary English verbal communication skills (HB2 Rubrica Standard on Vocia assessment on https://www.rubricatesting.com/writing-speaking-hiring-tests) both oral and written
  • Must have strong computer skills including MS Office
  • Excellent English communication - both verbal and written.
  • Needs to have a flair and experience of customer service skills in an Inbound BPO environment.
  • Highly self motivated and disciplined individual in terms of job responsibility and adherence to schedules.
  • Needs to be highly organized when working using online tools and CRM.
  • Ability to multi-task while still being able to focus and remain organized with the work.
  • Experience in Logistics Account PREFERRED
  • Willing to work onsite on rotating shifts during Pacific Standard Time hours.
