We are seeking an experienced and highly skilled Business Continuity Officer to join our organization. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years of relevant work experience, with a strong background in incident management and disaster recovery.

Holding a certification as a Safety Officer is considered an advantage for this role. The Business Continuity Officer will be responsible for developing, implementing, and maintaining business continuity plans and strategies to ensure the organization's resilience in the face of potential disruptions.

This role will be responsible for the design, implementation, testing, and maintenance of the Company's end-to-end business continuity strategy,

Qualifications Requirements

  • Bachelors Degree in any field;
  • BCM and/or Safety Officer certification is a plus;
  • At least 5 years of experience in Risk Management/ Business Continuity/Incident Management/ Disaster Recovery Planning / Risk
  • Management in a BPO or Shared Services environment; should have experienced implementing a business continuity plan.
  • Knowledge and understanding of international BCM standards such as DRI or ISO.
  • Knowledge on Data Information Protection and understanding and
    experience with the requirements of the Data Protection Act of the Philippines.
  • Experience in managing ISO Standards and Audit Qualifications is a plus
  • Effective planning and management skills.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and conflict management skills.
  • Effective training and presentation skills.
  • Comfortable working and communicating with team members of all levels including senior management and executives.
