Technical Support Advisor - Cebu - Onsite - Up to 32K

Minimum Qualifications:

• Bachelors/College degree in any field, preferred. High School graduates (either in 4-yr curriculum, or K-12 curriculum) may be accepted depending on candidates years of work experience and result of assessments during recruitment.
• Minimum 1 year BPO experience with 1 year experience in Customer Service and/or 1 year in Sales (blended voice and non-voice or pure voice experience).
• Advanced English communication skills 
• Customer service and sales knowledge in computer use and navigation of electronic products
