We are hiring for a Customer Service Representative for a Retail Account for client located in Cebu

This is an onsite work and follows a Shifting Schedule

Salary pays up to 22k package based on experience

Minimum 1 year BPO experience with 1 year experience in Customer Service and/or 1 year in Sales (blended voice and non-voice or pure voice experience).

Requirements:

  • Bachelors/College degree in any field, preferred High School graduates (either in 4-yr curriculum, or K-12 curriculum)
  • Minimum 1 year BPO experience with 1 year experience in Customer Service and/or 1 year in Sales (blended voice and non-voice or pure voice experience).
  • Experience in handling an Omnichannel
  • Flawless verbal and written English communication skills
  • Amendable to work onsite
  • Willing to work on shifting schedule, including weekends and holidays

Description:

  • Handle calls for product or service inquiries
  • Attend to customer's requests for replacement, refund, etc.
  • Handle all customer information with confidentiality and treat each call with utmost courtesy
  • Keeping records of interactions with customers, process accounts and file documents of customers.
