We are hiring for a Customer Service Representative for a Retail Account for client located in Cebu
This is an onsite work and follows a Shifting Schedule
Salary pays up to 22k package based on experience
Minimum 1 year BPO experience with 1 year experience in Customer Service and/or 1 year in Sales (blended voice and non-voice or pure voice experience).
Requirements:
- Bachelors/College degree in any field, preferred High School graduates (either in 4-yr curriculum, or K-12 curriculum)
- Minimum 1 year BPO experience with 1 year experience in Customer Service and/or 1 year in Sales (blended voice and non-voice or pure voice experience).
- Experience in handling an Omnichannel
- Flawless verbal and written English communication skills
- Amendable to work onsite
- Willing to work on shifting schedule, including weekends and holidays
Description:
- Handle calls for product or service inquiries
- Attend to customer's requests for replacement, refund, etc.
- Handle all customer information with confidentiality and treat each call with utmost courtesy
- Keeping records of interactions with customers, process accounts and file documents of customers.
