We are looking for Customer Service Representatives to work for a BPO in Ortigas
This is an onsite role that follows a Shifting Schedule
Salary is up to 30,000 based on experience and interview result
Minimum requirement of at least 1 year of BPO experience with at least 6 months experience handling Airline Account
Requirements:
- Must be at least in a college level
- At least 1-year call center experience in a voice support with at least 6 months airline experience.
- Must have experience with Omnichannel.
- Average to above average English competency, both verbal and written.
Job Description:
- Handling Phone, Chat and Email
- Responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues.
- Providing excellent customer service and support.
- Resolving customer complaints and ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Analyzing situations and providing effective solutions to customer issues.
- Managing multiple tasks simultaneously, such as talking to customers, entering data, and using computer systems.
- Adhering to Scripts and Guidelines
