About the job Recruitment Specialists - 100% Remote

We need 2 End to End Recruitment Specialists to join our firm as soon as possible.

The role will be responsible for conducting Recruitment from:

  • Understand the Job Requirements
  • Posting the Job on all available platforms
  • Conducting Active and Passive Sourcing
  • Reviewing/Screening Candidate Profiles
  • Conducting Interviews (phone, online)
  • Creating and Sending Interview Summaries/Endorsements
  • Following Through the Process up to Client Interviews/Exams
  • Assisting the Candidate to ensure selected ones push through onboarding with clients

To qualify, you must be:

  • A recruiter with at least 3 years of experience hiring for Corporate and Technical/IT Roles
  • Willing and Able to work remotely, preferrably with his/her own laptop/desktop already
  • Coming with working knowledge on Job Boards such as
  1. LinkedIn
  2. FoundIt/Monster
  3. Jobstreet
  4. Manatal (preferred)
  5. Indeed
  6. Facebook/Social Media
  • Good to received the publish salary with unlimited commissions based on performance
  • Ideally coming from a recruitment agency/firm
  • Preferably have worked with start ups or small companies
