Role: HR Manager
Location: Taguig (Hybrid with very rare work on site)
Salary: 70K Package
Shift: Mid Manila
Key Responsibilities:
Strategic Leadership Support:
- Collaborate with senior leadership to understand business goals and translate them into HR strategies and initiatives.
- Provide guidance and support on organizational effectiveness, workforce planning, and talent utilization.
- Advise on HR implications of strategic decisions and help align HR practices with business objectives.
Talent Acquisition and Management:
- Develop and implement talent acquisition strategies to attract and retain top talent.
- Partner with hiring managers to identify staffing needs and create job descriptions.
- Conduct interviews, facilitate candidate selection processes, and negotiate job offers.
- Develop onboarding programs to integrate new hires into the organization.
Leadership Development and Talent Management:
- Identify high-potential employees and create development plans to nurture their skills.
- Design leadership development programs and initiatives to build a pipeline of future leaders.
- Provide coaching and mentoring to current and emerging leaders.
- Implement talent management processes such as performance reviews, talent assessments, and succession planning.
Employee Engagement and Culture Development:
- Develop strategies to enhance employee engagement, satisfaction, and retention.
- Conduct employee surveys and analyze feedback to identify areas for improvement.
- Plan and execute initiatives to promote a positive organizational culture.
- Foster diversity, equity, and inclusion within the workplace.
Performance Management and Succession Planning:
- Implement performance management systems to set goals, provide feedback, and evaluate employee performance.
- Train managers on performance management best practices and techniques.
- Identify and develop high-performing employees for key roles through succession planning processes.
Organizational Design and Change Management:
- Assess organizational structure and recommend changes to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
- Lead change management initiatives to support organizational transformations.
- Communicate changes to employees and stakeholders and address concerns or resistance.
HR Policy Development and Compliance:
- Develop and update HR policies and procedures in compliance with employment laws and regulations.
- Provide guidance on employee relations issues, investigations, and disciplinary actions.
- Ensure HR practices are consistent and fair across the organization.
HR Data Analysis and Insights:
- Collect and analyze HR metrics to assess the effectiveness of HR programs and initiatives.
- Generate insights from HR data to inform decision-making and drive continuous improvement.
- Utilize data to forecast future talent needs and identify potential risks or opportunities.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. Master's degree preferred.
- Minimum of 7-10 years of experience in HR leadership roles within the BPO or outsourcing industry.
- knowledge of local labor laws and UK employment legislation, highly preferred
- Strong understanding of HR principles, practices, and regulations, with a proven track record of aligning HR strategies with business objectives within the BPO context.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and engage stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
- Experience designing and implementing talent acquisition strategies, performance management processes, and employee engagement initiatives within the BPO environment.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to leverage HR data and metrics to drive decision-making and measure HR program effectiveness.
- Change management certification (e.g., Prosci) or equivalent experience is a plus.
- Proficiency in HRIS, data analytics tools, and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver results in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
