We are looking for an Inside Sales Agent (Healthcare account) for our BPO client

Set up: Remote
Salary: 30k basic + 2k allowance + commission

Summary:

Responsible for doing inbound and outbound sales, emails/chat for existing and potential customers for services and products related to the Personal Emergency Response System (PERS)

Job Duties and Responsibilities

The Inside Sales Representative is responsible for answering inbound calls and selling the full suite of PERS Products to existing and potential customers.

Maintain a pipeline of leads and make outbound calls to close these leads in a timely manner.

Can effectively market features or products to individuals aged 60 and above.

Make additional outbound calls to close leads from website inquiries, and process orders submitted online.

Must be able to work with sales processing software and use it within Company guidelines.

Must achieve daily, weekly, and monthly quotas set up by management.

Must have exceptional time management skills, as well as be able to work independently.

Provide callers with a vast knowledge of information, regarding products, services, and prices.

Maintain a positive attitude and be a team player who is motivated to excel and lead.

Must follow all guidelines set up by the company.

Complete any special projects or tasks that are assigned by your manager.

Must be able to follow company attendance policy.

Actively participate in team meetings and activities.

Must be willing to work on a shifting schedule including weekends.

Skills and Qualifications

At least 1 year of experience as a Sales Representative (preferably healthcare-related but not

required)

Strong computer skills are required.

Ability to carefully listen and negotiate with callers, especially the elders.

Ability to effectively communicate products and services to callers.


Education and Experience Requirements:

Bachelors degree preferred.

Language Skills: Must be able to communicate effectively in English. Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals.

Ability to write routine reports and correspondence. Ability to speak effectively before groups of customers or employees of an organization.
