Summary:

As the Community Manager for the Philippines, you will be the driving force behind our vibrant and engaged player community. You will lead a team of remote professionals who execute online and offline events, provide top-notch customer support, gather valuable player feedback, and implement creative marketing initiatives. Your focus will be on expanding our reach into barangay communities and educational institutions, fostering grassroots growth, and strengthening our brand presence across the country.

Job Responsibilities:

1. Manage, guide and lead a team of reliable remote manpower to run various nationwide massive online and on-ground events, to act as customer service, gather data and user reports, PR and other marketing initiatives;

2. Spearhead the planning and implementation of market promotions and campaigns, focusing on barangay communities and educational institutions (Primary to Junior High School), emphasizing school resources and talent maturity. This includes coordinating with suppliers, reviewing materials, tracking progress, and leveraging connections for effective penetration into rural areas.

3. Lead executions in barangays for local programs and campaigns, establishing partnerships with local barangay officials, Sangguniang Kabataan (SK), or Local Government Units (LGUs) to facilitate future initiatives aligned with long-term marketing strategies.

4. Independently craft compelling copy for events, encompassing social media, slogan promotions, press releases, and more, tailored to resonate with diverse audiences.

5. Demonstrate a deep understanding of the local market landscape, identifying key marketing hotspots, gathering relevant data, and refining campaign ideas for maximum impact.

6. Systematically organize and analyze market data and public opinion, generating comprehensive reports to evaluate the effectiveness of marketing activities and inform future strategies.

Job Requirements:

1. Passionate about online or mobile games with a comprehensive understanding of the game market and products, particularly in relation to school and barangay communities.

2. Possess 3+ years of experience in the Gaming/Marketing industry, with a strong grasp of game marketing strategies and methods, as well as insights into local marketing dynamics.

3. Proven track record in executing events and managing partnerships, with a preference for experience in rural areas such as barangays. Familiarity with school outreach programs is highly advantageous.

4. Proficient in copywriting, adept at gathering and analyzing information, and possessing keen market insights coupled with rapid learning capabilities.

5. Excellent communication and execution skills, capable of overseeing marketing campaigns, liaising with external stakeholders, and managing suppliers effectively.

6. Willing to travel extensively for on-site executions nationwide.

7. Fluent in both English and Tagalog. Strong networking abilities and connections with officials in barangays, schools, and relevant government departments are highly desirable.
