Bank Sales Department Head - SME Loans - Makati - Up to 180K

We are looking for a Department Head - SME Loan for our Local Bank client in Makati
Industry: Banking
Set-up: Onsite in Makati
Salary: 120k-180k
Working days: Mon to Fri

Qualifications:

1. Bachelor's degree in Business, marketing, sales, or a related field

2. At least 5 years of relevant sales experience, must be in the Banking industry and must be with SME Loan Experience/Background

3. Possess extensive knowledge of sales principles and practices

4. Ability to coach others

5. Strong negotiation skills

6. Excellent communication skills (both verbal and written)

7. Proven ability to influence cross-functional teams

8. Strong leadership and team-building skills

9. Very good interpersonal skills
