Job Description:

We are looking for an engaged and hands-on GPOC Analyst.

In this role the candidate will join a committed international team and have a unique opportunity to shape the exciting new frontiers of transaction processing on the BSV blockchain and the development of a pioneering blockchain-as-a-service ecosystem.

Responsibilities

- The ideal candidate will have the necessary skills and knowledge to work with the various software packages in place, ensuring the hashing operations are running efficiently. 
- Multi-tasking with various hosting partners to ensure hashing efficiency is reached for various clients.
- Understanding the mining machines, reporting issues and repairs while ensuring up to date inventory reconciliation is achieved.
- Being an effective communicator with both team members and superiors, reporting issues in an effective an timely manner.
-Have the necessary experience with both software and hardware systems to deal with the technology utilized through the daily operation.
-Effective handover through shift changes, ensuring a smooth handover of operations is constantly maintained.
-The analyst is also responsible for ensuring that the system's implementation is carried out according to company standards.
- Effective communication through weekly meetings.
- The analyst should also be available to answer questions and provide technical support when requested through various communications channels.
The analyst must additionally monitor the progress of the project and provide regular updates to management.

Requirements and Skills

- A bachelor's degree in one of the following fields: computer science, information technology, or engineering is required.
- Skills and knowledge to work in an IT-related role. Two years of experience in a similar position is also required.
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
- The ability to learn fast and adapt to constantly changing processes
- Knowledge of blockchain technology is an advantage, but not necessary

- This job requires someone who flexible and is amenable to rotating shift patterns, where the shift pattern would include night work.
