M365 Technology Lead - Up to 184K - Hybrid, BGC Taguig

We are looking for

Role: M365 Technology Lead
Setup: Hybrid, BGC Taguig City
Schedule: Mid / Nightshift
Salary: up to 184k
Experience: Minimum 3 years experience working with Microsoft Azure services including Azure Active Directory, Azure Virtual Machines, Azure SQL, Function Apps, Azure Resource Management, and Azure Automation
 - Minimum 3 years experience in managing technical teams in an M365 environment
 - Broad technical knowledge of M365 services including SharePoint, Teams, OneDrive, Viva, Power Platform, and Exchange.

Job Description:

1. Lead the technical architecture, design, and roadmap for M365 solutions

2. Champion M365 services and solutions with business and IT stakeholders

3. Work closely with internal teams in delivering M365 projects and tasks

4. Solicit feedback from stakeholders and measure effectiveness to promote continuous improvement.

5. Develop low-code solutions as required to support M365 services

6. Provide L3 technical support as needed

7. Assist in mentoring team members in resolving technical issues and developing technical skills.

8. Assist in developing internal knowledge base and training materials

9. Follow Microsoft Roadmap to support evergreen change and ensure service stability

10. Perform other duties as assigned

Qualifications:

1. Broad technical knowledge of M365 services including SharePoint, Teams, OneDrive, Viva, Power Platform, and Exchange.

2. Minimum 3 years experience working with Microsoft Azure services including Azure Active Directory, Azure Virtual Machines, Azure SQL, Function Apps, Azure Resource Management, and Azure Automation

3. Minimum 3 years experience in managing technical teams in an M365 environment

4. Ability to manage and mentor team members alongside technical workload.

5. Strong experience in requirements gathering, design and development of M365 solutions 

6. Knowledge of data classification, retention, data loss protection, and information rights management

7. Expert knowledge of Powershell for management of M365 services

8. Working knowledge of SharePoint Framework and related technologies

9. Strong written and oral communication with the ability to provide training and present technical change to end users

10. Working knowledge of Power Platform including Power Apps, Power Automate, and Power BI.

11. Strong troubleshooting skills with the ability to provide root cause analysis and recommend effective solutions
