We are looking for

Role: Senior Sharepoint Engineer
Setup: Hybrid, BGC Taguig City
Schedule: MidShift/NightShift
Salary: up to 184k
Experience: Expert knowledge of Powershell for management of M365 services
-Broad technical knowledge of M365 services including SharePoint, Teams, OneDrive, Viva, and Power Platform
-Minimum 5 years experience leading technical architecture, design, and roadmap for enterprise SharePoint services

Job Description:

1. Lead the technical architecture, design, and roadmap for our enterprise SharePoint implementation
2. Champion SharePoint solutions with business and IT stakeholders
3. Work closely with internal teams in delivering SharePoint projects and tasks
4. Solicit feedback from stakeholders and measure effectiveness to promote continuous improvement.
5. Develop low-code solutions as required to support M365 services
6. Provide L3 technical support as needed
7. Assist in mentoring team members in resolving technical issues and developing technical skills.
8. Assist in developing internal knowledge base and training materials
9. Follow Microsoft Roadmap to support evergreen change and ensure service stability
10. Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

1. Broad technical knowledge of M365 services including SharePoint, Teams, OneDrive, Viva, and Power Platform
2. Minimum 5 years experience leading technical architecture, design, and roadmap for enterprise SharePoint services
3. Knowledge and experience working with Microsoft Azure services such as Azure Active Directory, Azure Virtual Machines, Azure SQL, Function Apps, Azure Resource Management, and Azure Automation
4. Strong experience in requirements gathering, design and development of SharePoint solutions
5. Knowledge of data classification, retention, data loss protection, and information rights management
6. Expert knowledge of Powershell for management of M365 services
7. Knowledge of SharePoint Framework and related technologies
8. Strong written and oral communication with the ability to provide training and present technical change to end users
9. Working knowledge of Power Platform including Power Apps, Power Automate, and Power BI.
10. Strong troubleshooting skills with the ability to provide root cause analysis and recommend effective solutions
