We are looking for a Technical Art Director for our Advertising/Creative Agency client

Salary: up to 160k
Set-up: Hybrid
Location: BGC, Taguig
Schedule: Mon to Fri

The ideal TAD works closely with the creative and 3D and engineering team to oversee the development of innovative and cutting-edge immersive projects.
Task

o They will collaborate closely with the AD and the Technical Art Lead to establish and execute Subvrsives artistic vision.
o They will serve as the bridge between 3D artists, ADs and engineers.
o They will maintain strong relationships across multiple disciplines to advance both current and upcoming technologies and tools.
o They will be accountable for refining and enhancing pipelines and workflows to optimize the productivity, efficiency, and overall experience of the art teams across the studio to ensure high-quality and impactful experiences for users.

Skills -
o Deep understanding of XR technologies with a strong background in software engineering, computer graphics, and game development.
o Establish technical roadmaps and long-term strategies for the tech art team.
o Provide technical guidance to team members, ensuring that the project is delivered on-time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
o Innovate and prototype cutting-edge approaches to art and content creation,driving R&D efforts.
o Enhance existing content creation tools and pipelines to meet both current and future needs and requirements.
o Identify and resolve workflow and pipeline issues for internal art teams.
o Implement new technologies and workflows to optimize the development process.
o Organize, prioritize, and delegate work to 3D artists and engineers.
o Establish and maintain quality standards for technical implementation and visual outcomes
of desired content and tools.
o Develop and maintain a positive and collaborative team culture, fostering innovation, creativity, and excellence.

Tools -
o Figma, Miro, Jira or other collaborative design tools.
o Adobe Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere, After Effects, Animate)
o Familiarity with web AR gameplay (potentially leveraging 8th wall)
o Assess creative concepts with 3D asset optimization considerations in mind
