ROLE: Interactive Designer

SALARY: Up to 90K

SET-UP: Hybrid (BGC) 



Responsibilities:

The role will be versatile and diverse and will embrace all areas of Addressable advertising consisting of:
- Design and basic front-end development for all digital advertising campaigns with a primary focus on programmatic and dynamic creative display, social and video is a must.
- Design is your forte, and you'll always look at ways to create the best creatives with the CX in mind.
- You'll be developing some of the most intricate animations and interactions to ever exist within the space of display, social and video ads.
- You'll implement new functions and development techniques in our production process that help meet client goals and objectives and improve internal efficiencies.
- Crucially, you know how to turn all your design competencies into code that both your co-workers and web browsers can understand; your design and code is awesome, maintainable and reusable.
- Design and translate these designs and mock-ups into fully functioning creatives using HTML / CSS / JS and front-end frameworks and technologies.
- You rigorously educate yourself on the latest design and development techniques and best practices.
- You understand how different platforms and devices operate, the intricacies of each and their best practices. For example, Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, desktop, mobile and connected TV.


Requirements:

- You'll continuously enhance your technical and animation skills by using libraries such as GreenSock (TweenLite, TimelineLite).

- A deep and technical understanding of ad-serving and programmatic platforms such as DV360, Sizmek, Flashtalking, The Trade Desk and MediaMath. This is beneficial but can also be learnt on the job.

- A proven track record in technical project management at a reputable digital agency or software company.

- Confident in Front End UI Development and coding practices.
You're fluent in Photoshop, Animate and Illustrator. You should also have experience in Adobe after effects and Figma.

- Familiar with JIRA and similar project management tools.
